directline insurance are they good with claims?

Default directline insurance are they good with claims?
this morning me mrs has a bump in her car were the drivers door was dented, so she exchanged details with the other driver who is insured with directline and he has claimed liability for the crash which is good, i was just wondering how long a claim takes if the other driver claims liability?

and help would be gratful

Yest there brilliant

Somone hit my vectra and wrote it off... on a sunday

had payment 10days later for the car & about 2wks later for my injury
