also what power are they good for can they run anti lag or anything else like that

its a L8,,,, good for whatever engine power you cant build for it

with some add on boards,,, als can be used once the kit comes out

L8 is good enough - Nikola at RP Labs has been doing some development on it and is an absolute genius - ALS and Launch Control are all working in Lancia applications
