my car is getting mapped at jamsport on tuesday,so if anyone wants to guess on what power it will produce,wot do you think....he is the spec
HEAD..cvh 37 cam double valve spring big valved head stainless,inlets and exaust
fully ported and polished bronze valve guides and vernier pully
BOTTOM END... fully lightend and balanced,tuffrided crank knife edged,fardon steel conrods with fully floating little ends,accurlite forged pistons reored to 1640 cc
management gotect mfi cossie 803 green injectors bosh 044 fuel pump fse fuel pressure reg
stage 3 turbo tecnic turbo,radteck front mount intercooler samco hoses,13 row oil cooler proberley getting mapped to 20-22 psi,any ideas cheers

after all that, I'd be upset with less than 270..
this going on what ive watched a (slightly) higer than standard comp 1600 do on an engine dyno recently!
EDIT: actually i guess 270, the turbo will be flat out at that ?
engine deserves a slightly bigger blower?

all that spec and you fit such a lame turbo
mate for the money spent there if i was you i would get a NEW turbo,,,,, why spend money on all that stuff and mapping to have 240bhp,,,, maybe its just me
get a t34 and enjoy a 280bhp motor

Looking at the spec of your engine i bet it cost you £2k + for just the engine work and internals??
Now you have got to ask yourself is that value for money when i can get 250bhp out of a stock 2ltr zetec with a £100 headgasket.
It would have bolted straight in and be just as reliable leaving you £1900 to spend on making it go round corners.
