Default Spyware Help!

Zone Alarm Security Suite has found some spyware called Win32.AskYaYa.

It deletes it but on reboot the spyware returns.

Has anyone come across this before?

Would appreciate any help on manually deleting this from my pc please?

Thanks in advance.

you tried spybot and Adaware se? and also you could try booting into safe mode and then try removing it via zonealarm, then reset, see it if works that way

Thanks for the quick responses guys

I have tried all the spyware programs including spyware doctor and adaware, and they all fail to pick this up. Only Zonealarm detects this within the registry

Any other ideas?

This could be a false positive and only ZA picks this up.

Do you have a program installed on PC called Spyware Doctor. If so, ZA might be picking up a file related to this and thinks its infected.

The link above details it a lot better.
