Default rta today.....who's in the wrong?

a car is stopped at a 4 exit roundabout today in the right hand lane which is marked right and another is in the left which is marked left side by side 1st exit to the left is two lanes wide the 2nd exit straight ahead is a single width road going up a lane and the 3rd exit right is a dual carriageway also.so the car in the right hand lane drives toward the roundabout indicates left to go into the outside lane of the dual carriageway and the driver in the left hand lane decides to go straight on across the roundabout into the lane with no indication do you need to indicate for straight on?
cheers kris

Yes you do need to indicate to go straight on at a roundabout! but only when leaving the island.

Yes, need to indicate when leaving roundabout unless its a mini roundabout when you don't.

I struggled with a Rubick's Cube so I have no chance with that
I think it reads like they were both in the wrong tho

i think it was the bloke in the right hand lane, because for him to be in the right he should have been able to do a 6k launch, had at least 300hp and left the bloke in the left for dead if he was going to try and jump the que in the left hand lane!!!
