I lost

Had a play Saturday afternoon against my brothers mate and his rather nice XR2. Saddly the child like urge took over and we had a Fast and The Furious moment off from a set of traffic lights Bugger me sideways I couldn't make any ground on him at all

Gotta love old Fords I was proper laughing

Audi factory standard bar the drilled airbox and no the XR2 isn't standard it's running a stainless exhaust, Kent cam and a slightly tweeked head.

By my calcs his Fiesta makes 127bhp per ton my A4 only 115bhp per ton

Why do I know my A4 will not be standard under the bonnet in the next couple of weeks

Think I may need to book it in with my good mate Rob and SCC for a *cough*service*cough*

i had a play with an a4 1.8t in my mondeo 2.0 duratec the other day, it was no quicker than me either!!!

i slayed one of them in my old xr2 a while back, had to back off at one point as i was about to go up his arse

fettled xr2s rule

the amount of stuff i showed up in that car was hilarious. theres a section of A road from the M4 on the way to surrey with about 5 roundabouts, my proudest moment was keeping with a porsche boxter over about 3 miles or so, he did my on the straights but i came out of every round about either beside him or infront of him!
