fecking speed cameras
the wifes just got a 'notice of intended prosecution' got caught by a speed camera. thing is she sometimes gets a latvian fella who works for her to drive the car and it could have been either him or her driving.
if she says it was him and he admits it but 'disappears' before the court case, what happens then? is she off the hook?

Ask for the picture from the camera. You should be able to see who it was driving.
do they have to give you the piccie by law, and what if she was wearing a shrek mask at the time?

Yes mate they do have to let you see the pics if you request them 
I'm brinkin it anyway chap as I may have been caught on the A5 coming home from Silverstone the other week. Lad I was with got his NIP through yesterday clocked at 103mph.
