Isnt this illegal??
For a tractor to be driving on the public road with its forks right down about a foot from the road? i thought they had to be up in the air for obvious reasons?
This guy who owns the farm near me is always driving it like that with the forks down, lets hope no unlucky bugger has a head on with him

Oh yeah defo common sense
I remember years back they used to be quite hot on tractors, always stopping them with trailers and a load of bales on the back, to make sure the load is safe etc etc

Yup i'm sure they should be up. I wondered this on sat because i was out on sat on my bike, at lets just say quite a rate of knots , and one was headed towards me with a row of forks down There were cars behing poking out the side as in trying to pass and i though it'd be rather messy to hit it square on
