Top speed of MY car
So if i acheive 450 bhp how fast would my car go at :-
(235/35/17 rear tyres 205/40/17 fronts..that is the correct rolling radius)
A-Brunters
B-Very long stretch of road
How do the manufactures arrive at there top speed?I take it using B??

As you claimed with your 450bhp (395 @ wheels proven) that you could do 190 plus What RPM would that have been and could your car pull it?
How can adding 250 MORE BHP only acheive 25 more MPH over a std Cossie?
I'd say a T4 turbo would be better for top speed over the MD.

top speed is just that... top speed, not "top speed within the confines of brunters"
why would manufactures quote speeds LOWER than the cars can actually acheive? lol

Because it is not JUST about power, it is WHERE that power is made . And because drag resistance increases exponentially and so the power has to as well .
I'd say a T4 turbo would be better for top speed over the MD.
