Default sleep doing stuff problems

Does anybody suffer from sleep walking or talking?

I've had problems for years. I go to bed and wake up on the street, talking/shouting and looking for monkeys/spiders loads more storys of stange shit I've done

Last night I went to sleep had a bit of a weird dream thought their was something stuck under the bed, so I got the bedside lamp and got onto the floor turned the light on and started looking under the bed - it's a divan so its an inch or 2 off the floor.

Natalie woke up with the light being on and asked me what I was doing and I woke up at this point and stared at her and said "am I loosing my mind" and got back in to bed and went back to sleep

Anybody else have sleep probs??

I sleep seduce lindsay. I know its funny, but sometimes its annoying as fuck, not just for her being woken up by me at 3 am etc, but annoying for me as its a bit emmabarrasing i think

She says im full on and all that, and she tells me to go to sleep, and i have no knowledge of it whatsoever...but i know its true as a few times she has woken me to prove she aint making it up

Mate it gets a lot worse than that I've woken up with the shower curtain in bed, I got stuck down the side of a bunk bed, woke up in the bath, when I woke up on the street I was in boxers it goes on and on these are the things I remember Nat could go on and on.

my brother does allsorts in his sleep, from waking up in the garden, to my mam being woke up by loads of noise, turned out to be our kid trying to get out of the front door, which was locked, wearing only his boxers and a pair of trainers. but the best was him waking up on the sofa, watching bidup.tv, with Ł50 in one hand, and the phone in another, so i dont know what you would call that, sleep shopping maybe

he's only 17, doesnt drink or take gear, so non of this has been after a heavy night out under the influence of drink or drugs. and he hasnt always done it, just started a couple of years ago.

I remember that well

One night he woke up shouting 'REAR WHEEL DRIVE ESCORT COSWORTH'!!!!!!!!!! Wonder what was on his mind that night!!

Another time he was ranting and raving and getting in a panic looking for a monkey in our bedroom!

Then there was the time that he woke me up to say there were spiders in the bed and lifted up the pillows and sheets looking for them - would be mildy funny if it wasn't for the fact that I have a serious spider phobia

Forgot about this, my wife said that one night she woke up with me on all fours shouting "go Gerhard Go! " she said i was like ridding a horse.

I had just watched the F1 and i am a big Ferrari Fan and Gerhard Berger was one of there drivers.

The mind is a funny thing

I wasn't gonna say but I've done that too proper unexpected slap across face, nearly did it again but woke up hand hovering

Its really bad sometimes I wake up totally knackered like I've been fighting all night.

I also get mad night sweats where I wake up beads of sweat all over.

I've done a few of the above too. I have serious arguments with random people in my sleep, i shout out, and cry sometimes, obviously so much so that my eyes are puffy and sore in the morning. I remember sometimes also trying to look for things in the night, whilst i'm asleep, and wake up whilst looking for whatever it is i thought was trying to get me, or a noise i could hear in a dream . I used to sleep walk when i lived at home, my parents would come downstairs to find me just sat in the chair, looking straight through them, for hours on end, then i'd just get up and go back to bed! Very strange

I've been doing this too - only recently mind! normally after a propper session on Jamesons or Jack Daniels? For the last year i've had a pretty stressfull job, but that doesn't bother me untill obviously i sleep!

I was on a night out in Bournemouth for a mates birthday and got completly wasted, when i got back to the hotel i crashed out for 10 mins then apparently jumped up ran to the window and started peeking through the curtains commando style - going on about snipers in the trees! The bird i was with told me to get back in bed and stop being a twat, so i apparently did... untill 10 mins later i shouted out "oh my god the rooms on fire!" jumped up again, packed my bag with god knows what, told her she could stay if she wanted but i was outta there! she woke me up just before i got to reception absolutely pissing herself. i have never lived that down with her or my mates!

Decided to see if staying off the whiskey and Bourbon solves the problem!

I always fall out the bed but I don't actually fall out it's in my head and I jump up quick before I hit the ground. But my girlfriends dad told me if I don't wake up before I hit the ground you die in real life.
