Team HOTHOT!
Depends what you are doing James
the Auto Dimension feature will draw arrowed lines and if you wish it will place a dimension in for you aswell.
Also, there is an auto arrow drawing thing aswell, but i cannot for the life of me remember where that is

Are you using AutoCAD?
If so i used that feature the other day on it, can't remember what it’s called but the icon looks like a sort of root symbol with the letter A under it, will try and find it on my home programme and take a screen shot for ya.

If it is just an arrow you want, just draw one line, then draw another forming half of the arrow, and then use the base line of the arrow as a mirror line to get a symmetrical line to make the arrow!

Happily retired
go to Dimensions - Look down for Leader Line - draw a line & it will have an arrow attached if its set to dot right click for properties & edit & set size etc.

Then........
Create a few different types and then save them as blocks or better still a dynmaic block so you can change the dims of the arrow to suit! Stick them in your tool pallett and then youin have instant access to em with one click!
Same can be said for hatching, line styles etc etc

If you want to draw arrows (i.e. an arrow shape and not arrows related to a dimension) use a polyline of varying width.
i.e.
draw a polyline using.
w0,10 @10,0 w5,5 @10,0
