What oil???

hi guys i need to do an oil change in my 4x4 saph cossie, what would be the best oil to use.
make and weight etc

had that in one i brought it cost me a small fortune
it got hot crystalised and starved the crank

dont cut corners on oil,
im currently using morris motorsport oil(10 -50) for race and highly modded street cars, done a few track days on it so it can handle the temps
but any of the above will be fine(each to there own)
