Oh, I had no ACT guage in the car then, and I dont reckon he monitors them while mapping (could be wrong) so he may have just been saying it to excentuate the fact that charge temps were high.

Running over 2 bar of boost on a standard bumper is not wise by any stretch of the imagination.

As for cutting, I think I am just going to cut a rectangle where the number plate is at the moment, until I can get it to a proper bodyshop and think how I'm going to go forward with it.

Running GRS Evo 4 intercooler.
all the more reason why it should be changed to a more efficient cooler,basically top end your losing power,risking melting piston and top speed runs are going to be a no go,will karl not do you a custom cooler,like a double/triple cossie one

I'm not up to date on what coolers are available if u want to splash come wonga...

But surely there might be something Karl could help with.

What cooler does Tim/Olie run? they run a few lbs of boost!
