Not a chance of a 10.2, esp with normal suspension/transmission/tyres setup.
Some people seriously underestimate how fast that is

If he could manage a 1.6 60ft, which about the best he would manage in his wildest dreams with a std transmission and tyres etc (tho youd be lucky not to kill it) id say mid 11s at best.
But even that is pretty damn unlikely

but, talking theoretically of course, low diffs, say 4.44's, decent box/clutch to take a hard launch, and correct geometry set up and drag radials for the strip, would that power see you in the 10's? remember Danny B's RWD stage 1 saff with a decent rear end set up saw mid 12's

just can't see it....low 10's is sooo fast it's untrue, i mean he's gonna need to be pulling over 145mph at least
i'd say he's about 200bhp short

a) you completely change the cars weight and geometry
b) you have 470bhp
Im sure an 8 is possible if you go far enough with it.
But the question was about a standard suspension setup 4wd saph, which he has more chance of fitting up his arse in 10.2 seconds than he does of getting it up the quarter in 10.2 seconds.

And bet can go quicker than that too.
Its ALL about the launch.

Do you realise how fast a 10.2 is???? A Macca F1 would be NOWHERE to be seen for example!!!

My mate has run a 1/4 in sub 9 at under 100mph terminal, RWD
Stavros is right, its ALL about the launch really at that level.

Easiest way of making your 4x4 Sierra run proper times and not smash the transmission...

i know that much, i'm just referring to the car in question that's all
i'm just saying this particular car would need 200bhp more and pull high speed over the line with his current setup, (presuming the gearbox grew some big bollocks)

No chance when you think Martin and Kev Sharp were in the low 10's but not as low as 10.2 and they both had around 600bhp with trick boxes and well set up cars. Ive seen Kevs old car run 10's before and the differance between that and cars running 12's is massive.
