yokohama parada's
any good? i have got avon zz3's on at the moment which don't seem to offer much grip.i was going to get some goodyear eagle f1's but these came up on ebay.they are for a 300hp ish fwd.
other option is toyo t1r's.so which is the better?

I heard they're a bit chavvy.
T1rs are good, as are Goodyear Hydragrips.

chavvy? how on earth can tyre choice be called chavvy!!!!!!
for the record i run them on a 420bhp 2wd saff and they grip like fuck!! they are only a 215 on mine too and they offer more grip than the previous 245's i had!
i've never tried them on front wheel drive, Graham ( GRS ) runs them on his Mini Cooper S with about 250bhp

I had them on my 3dr & really rate them,very grippy. Changed the wheels & they had eagle gsd3's fitted, they don't grip like the Parada's did.

T1-R's = Good all round tyre imo
Prada's = Very good dry tyre, not so good in the wet
Eagle F1's i have never used so cannot comment.
As for Prada's 'being a bit chavy' what a stupid fucking comment.
