Can anyone tell me how to disable certain sites so you cant access them, having a few probs Operating system is windows 2003

server 2003?!

hosts file is best bet, assign the IP to blank etc

my work is on server 2003, however i rome the net on my own section of the comp, not the work server side of it, can they still c what i look at??!

Can you tell me how to do that? Its a work computer hence poxy op system I just want to ban the boy I work with from looking at fucking bebo all day he wont have a clue and think he's been banned
