Default fitting breather systems

what do people do to fit breathers, in regard to the bolt in the bottom of the block exhaust side?
do you replace the bolt with a hose fitting? if so what size?
if not do you mod the bolt?
or does any1 have 1 i can use?

and for the inlet side do i replace whats there already and take my hose straight from the block?

cheers

if this is on a cossie

the fitting is in the bailey fitting kit, if not, you will need to remove the breather hole bolt, drill a hole in it and braze a suitbale sized tube for the breather hose to slide over and be clamped to
