Need to re-fit my mates turbo back to my old fiesta.
Wondering what needs doing to make sure it doesn't fuck up in the opening stages of starting the engine?
Cheers.

its not worrying at all.....
the shaft/wheel assembly, sit in between 2 journal bearings, that are very very close to the shaft, but it literally sits there,....
holding the blades at the front stops the shaft from turning,....
will not cut fingers off etc,...perfectly fine to do so

noooooooooo problemoooooooooo
has the fiesta got the newer oil return pipe,...
they become blocked real easy and collapse....worth getting a new one before fitting from ford, otherwise you ll still get the oil blowing past the back exhaust gas seal

Well when I went up to get a replacement (broke the other one ) they said they had to order one in. Thinking about it, I don't think my mate ever picked it up
So I'm not sure if it was a new or old styled one.
