Ipod / Itunes help!
Right i need to free up space on my laptop (as its actually a work one & is getting rather slow!)
Not i've got a 80gig hard drive off the IT bloke, and tried downloading itunes etc onto it.....
But it keeps adding files to the laptop hard drive!! Is there anyway round this?
I'd love to bin the ipod & get a sony thingy, but......... I've got £400 quids worth of Ipod ready headunit - Alpine one!
HELP!
Ps i managed to lose most of me music in the formatting process! Thank christ for DVD backups!

Don't use ITunes. Here's what to do:
Download Winamp.
Install and run Winamp.
Scan you music folder for mp3s so it's altogether.
Plug your IPod in, Winamp will recognise it as a music player, and ask to add it to your devices in Winamp,
All you have to do now is drag your music onto the IPod device from your playlist.
ITunes is far too wierd to use, plus it's about 80mb, and has U2 adverts on it. I thought Apple were 'friendly', clearly not.
