t is the number i don't trust, can't put the actual number up, but for example the numbers go 07799 773311 seemed a little odd to have consistant pairs of number - premium line maybe?

Stupidly emailed it back, but no reply

My dad's number is like that. He paid for that number. My old pay as you go had consecutive double numbers apart from the first 0 and the last two numbers.

Hows that then when you can change provider and port your number to them?

My number was originally a Cellnet one, but I have ported it to several other providers like Orange and O2. Each provider is usually allocated a batch of numbers, but with the ability to port your number to a new provider, it's not a true reflection of what network people's phones are actually on now.
