I have T1-R's on my saph and find them to be a very good allround tyre, I kept them on for a track day which was very wet and they performed very well on there aswell.

As For the difference between T1-R and S, the R is an Evolution of the S with different compound and slightly different tread pattern. I have used both and think they both a very good allrounder but the R does have the edge imo.

GY F1's for me, when you get to know a tyre's limits and are happy with them, I think it's pointless (for normal road driving) to keep trying different types. Everyone will have their own preferences, for different reasons.

The Bridgestone S03 were amongst the worst tires i've ever tried, period.

i don't own the absolute truth, i'm just giving my opinion. they were really awful IMHO. No grip, no comfort, you can't feel where your wheels are, nor when the car will be over its limits... they just suddenly let it all go without warning you.

On the other side, i now have Eagle F1's GSD3, and they are really amazing !!!

I thought that the Toyo T1R replaced the Toyo T1S and that the T1S' will be phased out.
