could i fit a twin fan rad on the front of my 1.6 cvh (xr3/carb) engine, the ones that they make for the rs turbo....
also would any 4branch cvh manifold fit mine?

You can buy two small fan's form burton's and put them on, won't make much differance behind the bumper tho

its not the rad that has twin fans mate
its the big front mount intercoolers that sit in front of the rad
they need them as the fans have to cool the intercooler and the rad while sat in traffic.
if u want some on the rad just buy some small uns but from burton power they ain't cheap

go to a scrap yard, get a set of twin fans from a focus or mondeo or something that has A/C
My mondeo kida has twin stage cooling, when sitting in traffic first fan cuts in, then if it aint doing the job, the fukk off big fan cuts in
And just one of the fans (i think) works when the a/c is on.
