URGENT: Alternator & Power Steering belts........

Default URGENT: Alternator & Power Steering belts........

URGENT: Needed for SiB's car.........

I've got to get them this afternoon from local motor factors, so need the sizes (belt lenghts) for:

Alternator (twin belts) - 2WD set up

Power steering belt - 2WD set up

Anyone know the the belt lenghts please?

It it 900mm and 925mm ????

But when SiB and Phil pulled the engine out before the rebuild (they got the engine out in about 30 mins ), they cut the belts (all of the belts - including the cambelt) with a stanley knife and threw them away............

i have a load of belts as spares, motorcraft ones,but they just have long part no. on,not sure which bit of that determines the specific type?? i can just list all of the numbers if you like?

Stu, Bud-weis, thanks for the offers.

I gave the motor factors reg number of a RWD Cossie, and I am 98% sure that I have the correct ones.

600 mm
and 614mm

Thing is, SiB now has an RS500 drop bracket fitted, so I dont know how that effects the alternator belt lengths

No way are they that short pal.
Will go upstairs and check stock.

Alternators are 913mm

PS is 900mm.

yeah,part of the part no. on mine is 898LE.....and then on the other belt is 915LE, so that may be the lengths i guess?
