Where to BUY/SELL a business
Anyone got any experiences?
Lets say you wanted to buy a small business/franchise as a going concern, where would you look??

Nah, I already own and operate a van based service Franchise mate, have done now for 4 years..... looking to move to something else now and pass my client base / busines to an "investor"/purchasor

In that case try the Exchange & Mart or your local paper. I would of thought in this day and age there would be a web site geared up for this kind of thing.

yeah cheers Nath, Ive found a cpuple of sites like you say, most brokers only seen really interested in lerge investment businesses as opposed to owner operator types... just looking for some ideas really, Jon EBay may not be a bad idea for exposure cheers guys....

I found ebay to be a waste of time TBH, as everyone thinks there going to get a £25k ready made business for about £1500 It wold be nice, but not realistic
