....what a night last night!!!!
...went to pick up my newly aquired VFR400 NC24 as a payment last night...aint been used for 2 years..we put a new battery in,new fuel, pumped up the tyres...and got my mate to ride it back 
...now it was dark and all seemed fine....on the motorway i was following him...he was flat out 
i noted the rear lights go out ...he was in the middle lane overtaking lorrys with NO lights ....i kept flashing him to stop...he eventually did about 5 miles down the road....i jumped out of car and said you got no lights and he said yeah i thought it was a bit dark...but he put it down to his dark visor LUNATIC ....From there it went down hill as it has a charging problem and as soon as you used any of the bikes electrics or let it go below 3k RPM it would die...so we got another mate out with a van..but he said fuck it i gonna ride....one in front one behind (no it wasnt a spit roast 
) ......so picture it main roads/country lanes pitch black and wet...a bike with no lights
Got it back home safely though...but fooking hell

Ah yes. VFR regulators, wonderful things!!
My 750 NC24 does a battery every 3 months.
Still cheaper than a new regulator though!!

My bro came off his old vfr 400 nice red one it was a "woman " pulled out on him brakes locked up & only the bike smashed the proxy womans rear end 
would say his injuires but way tooooo embarrassing! sounded daaaaa bullocks tho!

reminds me of my old TZR 125 days 
Had some dodgy wiring and the headlight would go off without warning
Remember riding home from my mates house once with just the moonlight, when a barn owl swooped down and appeared in front of me. Fookin thing nearly took my head off, absolutely shite myself at first.
