Laser used as a marker for a camera watching the building which then
programs the movemens into a computer for display by a high power
tv projector.
Camera sees the laser pointer mark on the building used to construct a
picture in memory of a computer.
Very clever idea.
At first I though it was a laser projector but that would need a BIG laser
