Default Towing a Car with no tax....

Can you tow a car without any tax? Or does it have to be litterally OFF the road?

AFAIK its got to be completely off the road, but it all depends how far your going.

From all the other posts about towing a untaxed car is that 2 wheels have to be off the ground while towing i.e use a towing dolly
