Im sooooo pissed off its hard not to lose it!

Heres why.......

Sold an alpine amp & sub on ebay & sent it via DHL. It was delivered & signed for by the occupant of the given address.

Anyway logs on to paypal to find i have a dispute for an "Item not recieved" so i do my bit & provide tracking number & company etc & waited.

Mean while i spoke to DHL who said it was delivered on the 31/jan & signed for!!! So i asked for a copy or proof of delivery which i received today..... BUT IM TO LATE They've decided on the behalf of the buyer when i have proof of delivery & a tracking number??? Work that 1 out!

Tried to contact them but its like banging your head against a fucking brick wall-LIVID!

Any suggestions? Ive appealed against & am awaiting reply

You sure it was the buyer that reported it as item not received? I had one of those recently, a good 3 months after the transaction and the buyer genuinely knew nothing about it. Paypal are the scamming cunts IMO.

all you should have done is give paypal the tracking number, im assuming you sent it to a confirmed address
as on the transaction page

also its up to paypal to chase the p.o.d once you have provided an online tracable package number

my mate had it happen to them once over a pair of shoes, lol dave moss lived a few streets away and we made it clear we knew where he lived and we will visit, soon got the stuff we paid for

Only thing you can do is see what paypal say if you took longer than 10 days to anser there email then they do automatically give the buyer there money back. I would think they will refund you tho if you have proof it was signed for and delivered to the right address.

even if they have closed it you should still be able to ask them to reinvestigated it if you nowe have the evidence.

i got fucked on paypal sold a cupra r induction kit, about 3 weeks latter i had dispute against me for the item not being recieved by buyer, i provided proof but they said seller has no protection and the buyer does read your paypal terms & cnditions blah blah, not a year latter i have a debt agency keep ringing me for Ł177 i owe paypal, like fook im paying it the scamming cheating tossers

E bay is shit .

I sold a stereo for Ł90 the guy paid so i sent it, then e-bay took the money back out pending an investigation (they said the funds may be fraudulent) after two days they refunded the money back to the buyer !!, the guy then ignored me when i asked for repayment, ebay said it wasn't their fault and suggested i ask the buyer for my money or the goods back...got nothing back at all


E bay get out of everything when it all goes wrong ..........

ive had this aswell fucking makes my blood boil just thinking about it! the tosser lives in glasgow though so its about 400miles just to get 80 quid back or whatever it was. id love to go and wrap a trolley jack handle round the cunts bottom jaw but is it worth it over a relatively small ammount of money. if he was local is have definatly gone and slapped the cunt about.

I'll never use ebay or paypal again for the reasons above, its is a MASSIVE CON!

THey owe me Ł66 from ages ago and i owe ebay Ł48. paypal (an ebay co.) wouldn't answer my emails or give me the time of day so i sort of gave up until ebay wanted their money i hav etold there debt collectors i'll pay them out of the Ł66 they owe me (i had emails saying that they are in the wrong/money will be sent etc). Funny enough they've all gone quiet again the bunch of legal conmen!
