Seems a hell of a thing to ask someone to do TBH

No offence, but I wouldnt risk a prison term to beat someone up just cause someone on a forum said they were taking a long time to post soemthing from ebay.

In situations like that he should just contact paypal within the time limit and get a refund.

If i dont recieve anything within two weeks now, I would retract the payment as I got done over once for 30 quid myself.

1st of all i dont want any knee capping or anything like that doing on my behalf,i'm big enough and ugly enough to do that myself

if on the other hand anybody does know or had any dealings with this guy a little pm would'nt go a miss

basicly this guy has took me forŁ117.01 for 3 autoart 3 dr's,1 of each colour.
when i started bidding 2weeks ago he had 100% feedback.
last night (sunday) i went on ebay to send him a message to ask if he was gonna post them,and what did i find no longer a registered user
i then noticed his feedback had gone down to 98%.
somebody had bought somthing off him 5 weeks earlier and had no contact since.
i paid by cheque cos he did'nt have a paypal account.
i have found out today the cheque cleared on 6th feb.
i rang 118118 with the guys details and the name and address are real but he is ex directory

good luck! but i dont think the feds are gunna do much. Just file a claim with ebay, much easier.
