why dont you ever do a few track day , you would bloody love it
you can fully hamer the car around the track , on the road you cant even use 30% of it's capability
cant understand why you have 1/2 decent cars and you never track them
or do anything with them

Marco...the whole reason i am selling up is cause i have no interest in racing on road or track...i want speed..a sound system..heated leather seats and climate control...AMG gives me this 
....if i want proper noise and a proper car i just get the ultimate out..the Ferrari 
...a cosworth is a drug..i am trying to ween off them....anyone who comes round knows the score..i had the f-car outside and the cossie in the garage everyone called me a cunt for it

Doug they were the days...but back then we had some quality users on here its really gone down hill ...the only topics now that get good response are the slagging of females/my bird has dumped me/bmw's are great

Happily retired
Getting old happens to us all Phil & we need to stop being a boy racer & go for comfort & pose value & Performance is no longer important.
You have reached this point, dont worry your bus pass will soon follow & you can give up cars altogether. Must admit there are times when I think I may also have reached that point but im still young & the boy racer tag still feels OK so the Cossie stays. .

.....yes to the AMG no to the 348....i choose that model over anything else as i wanted to own a Ferrari..looks are timeless..and its so basic..move on to a 355 and things may be much better but its more to go wrong...and i could never afford to maintain one and keep other toys too ...contemplated a 360 instead of everything else but couldnt justify it...pose value aint alot different as mine is the first of the modern day look and people still say is that a new model as remember not many know about f-cars
....amg wise i have enuff to get the 2002/3 E55 new shape which is 5.4 with supercharger and 470bhp but i dont like the softer looks i dont think ...i do want to try for a 500bhp production car or close though but dont know what!
