How soon do you need it?
I might be able to sort something within the next month, RS's should be acceptable and Agreed Value will be no problem at all

Hi Ivor,
Boncaster are the direct broking arm of Equity Red Star, they are wholly owned by them.
Dominion, the prior Insurer of the RSOC scheme were purchased by Equity roughly 8 years ago and the RSOC scheme was taken In-House by Equity Red Star.
With regard to 'avoiding Lloyds like the plague' Equity Red Star are the largest personal lines syndicate at Lloyd’s, ERS @ Lloyds is the UK’s 6th largest motor insurer.
Most Insurance providers (us Included) deal with a number of Underwriters, comprising of both Lloyds & non-Lloyds.
There is nothing to fear about Lloyds, they are a worldwide Insurance group comprised of over 2000 separate syndicates (companies) who choose to adopt the Lloyds regulatory criteria and trading rules transacting cover within just about every different line of business.
Lloyds are well regulated, they have to adhere to both the FSA and Lloyds stipulated criteria for regulation which often equates to more policyholder security than ABI companies. Lloyds names (investors) have to substantiate their assets and their personal liability is structured to the extent of their capability to pay. From a policyholders perspective, this means that they have deep enough pockets to pay your claim and in addition to the personal investors behind your specific syndicate there is also central fund at Lloyds that acts as a safetynet to bail any failing syndicate.
NB. Lloyds syndicates have gone into run-off from time to time, but have never gone bust
As mentioned before, Greenlight deal with both Lloyds & non-Lloyds (ABI) companies, we have been providing details for many years now of each Insurers history along with their pedigree with every policy sold.
The main thing to do whether Lloyds or not is to look at the individual company rather than an overall entity (ie. Lloyds or ABI).
Kind regards
Tony

Hi Sassy..
Having checked into your quotation, we did manage to get a decent rate (£757.75) based upon the information provided online.
However, once the Underwriter behind the rate discovered that the vehicle was registered to your partner, had been sat uninsured for 2 years and your partner didnt have an Insurance/driving history that could be proven, or a vehicle in his own name - they withdrew the rate provided.
Sorry buddy
