the t3 from a cossy made 289 bhp on my mate car still going strong so 200 bhp is 100% ok

RST T3s and Cossie T3s are well different.

And he obv on about RST ones.

And Cossie ones can push about 300bhp, RST ones cant, but pretty sure they can do over 200, cant they? 220 odd?

the maximum that standard t3 in good condition can boost is 14-16psi and it runs out of puff after that, i had exh, filter, chip, cam and a pace cooler with a standard t3 runnin 16 psi, the car made 207 bhp.
