who just saw bbc news south- daftford tunnel
who just saw the news bit about people speeding/racing though daftford tunnel and filming it, then hosting it on youtube.
i sware the white motor doing 130mph+ was an s1

tbh me and a mate are currently checking vids we have posted that may possibly get us in trouble.
Are they incar vids or external showing number plates ?
I cant see how they could prosecute anyone for in car footage as anyone could be driving and it doesn't really show what car it is

hope there wasnt a light blue bmw in that footage as i come through there alot at 2am(ish) and its not uncomon for me to get from dartford to central london in 4 oasis tracks

im sure it was a series 1 though. it was thge middle clip after the tvrs, it showed the speedo pointing at 135mph and then he did a view out the windscreen and im sure it had an rsoc tax disk holder.
you could just see some of the bonnet as well and im sure it looked like a mk3 escort bonnet.

Like it would have to include your face and/or number-plate etc? Probably also a positive ID of the location?

Most of us speed at some point, Now some people are stupid enough to make a video, Some go that extra mile and post it on the internet. Then there's the people who make Barry chuckle look clever and put there name and details on the video at the begining, And then end the video thanking such and such a person for fimling it.
