Default Dutch Car Insurance...

Help!!!!

I'm moving to the Netherlands on 02 October. Am planning on taking my car with me and running it on english plates to start with.

I'm insured with Greenlight at the moment and they've said I can use my car over there for 30 days on my current policy, so I need to re-insure my car by the end on October.

Can any of our Dutch members help me with details of an insurance company that insure my Escort Cabriolet on english plates.

Thanks in advance.

Stuart.

(In Surrey now.... Rotterdam here I come!!)

PMSL @ CraigN

No i'm leaving as i've been offered a job there that is a rather significant pay increase!!!!

Here I pay around Ł850 Fully Comp for my car, i'm 24 with 6 years NCB.

Any ideas what sort of price i'd pay in NL?

English car insurers will soon be requesting body parts in part payment for your premium. "Yes we can start cover....just send us your left kidney and we can start cover from midnight sir" !!!
