Someone posted this site awhile ago www.carsandownersreunited.com so I joined up and posted afew of my cars on there.
I just got a private message from "Ted" called "Hi", soon as I clicked on it to read it, I got a page saying my free membership had run out and I had to pay £15.
Fair enough I thought, but as I clicked it the actual message was displayed for split second before the payment page appeared.
I did page back and clicked again, this time ready on the print screen button to grab it

Basically it said "have you thought about checking with the dvla to see if it hads been scrapped"
No mention of which car, and Ive never spoken to Ted before either.

Im thinking its a generic message sent out to people to trick them into signing up...
Anyone else had similar?

I signed up and went to check the other day and logged in and that msg came up too.Didnt say a name it just said a subscription fee of £15 is due.Havnt been on since i ignored it.
