I know where there is a MK1 Lotus Cortina....Its complete minus the carbs...The old guy wont sell it even though the barn its in is falling apart....Its a bit of a teabag and hs been offered silly money but wont part with it!!!

me and my dad found a s2 rsrurbo on a E plate in a field mouldey to fuck

the car was pink was sposed to be red, i've only just rememberd about it now

the feild is now all bumpy and fiull of trees but its been fenced off for years we got in through a hole under the fence but hardly anyones been in there

i'm still wondering if its still there


and another what i found in some old dears garage was a mk2 astra gsi i think in blue

had been stood since new
if i can remember where it is ill go up and try and buy it

if that was next to me it would be gone especially if the guy that owned it has been in america for the last few years

theres a 16v astra gte up from me, its had one owner, got mot'd for a year and has sat for neerly 5 years, the old guy died a year and a half ago & my mates girlfreind has asked the daughter about it & she said she'd give us the keys next time she was here (at the dead guys house) but she is hardly ever there

but i also know where there's a mk2 rs2000, signal orange,7000 odd miles & the 1 owner that has it just leeves it sitting in his shed & he says its mint but i asked a mate about it the other day & says he'll never sell it & it rots away pisses me of that

a few years ago an old guy i knew sold very used cars from his house, then we heard everything got reposesed & chucked out his house so we went up to see what there was as he moved to england, & we sold about 5 of them & made about Ł450 or so, then about 2 - 3 months later we went back & the place was wrecked there was people taking his front door & all the inside doors so we took all the oil heaters & sold them to a mate that was building a b&b for 150 quid

theres a moonstone 4x4 h-reg saph 4x4 been sitting in a drive/carport along side mantas and shit in not far from me,been there a while too,i was thinking of seeing if its avalible and strip it

cheers, it looked ok like we have knocked on the door aswell but the old guy said it was his sons & its not for sale,

i also know where theres a white rs 1600i in bits in a garrage in ellon, been sat in there for the last 6 years. i bet its still there now, i'll have to go check that out

Sounds like a plan, the s2 was a nice car before, but it's not good now, guy replaced all the panels on the front but did a DIY respray that looks like it's made of emary paper and it's been on axle stands for about a year now.

it could easy be the same 1 up past the BP garrage & into a couldesack (sp) bitty it was all in bits but he assured us it was all there, a big lad with a beard, my mate baught a white 1 a year or so after we seen his so we touk it round to show him & it haddent moved a wheel then

wen i was 15 i did some work in a garage which restored classic british cars for export to the states. i went to this house somewhere in the middle of wales n too look at it was nothing special. but as we walked up the driveway there was barns no higher than 7-8 ft high beneith the overgrown bushes. must have been 10 barns in total all jam packed with old classic fords, jags etc. i cant quite exactly remember everycar but remember spotting a ford model T, fiat 500, countless merc's n jaguars. the barn for me was the chaps 'ford only' barn. but what a sight it was! this chap needed shooting! if i was to say an rs500 in black with the roof chopped off would you beleive me??? well that was what i saw! among other fords like s1's + s2's, xr4i's etc along with huge amount of spares! couldnt beleive what i was seeing. turns out this chap was a rich kid who had inherited his late grandfathers wedding car buisness dating back over 70 years! he found it fun to do whatever he wanted to these classic cars!
