1st off got a call @ 11am asking to start early (was ment to be 20;00) But they needed someone in for 14;00 ish well i could'nt get in untill 15;45 (which was fine as they were realy stuck)
Gets in normaly im off out driving the lorry on a night trunk BUT they wonted me to help out the warehouse staff and do my normal collections ect then get back and Look after the warehouse load some lorrys ect that were going out and coming in to us ,
This was fine UNTILL i was out on my collections and the Batterys went flat on the Lorry Whiles waiting for someone to come out i got up into the cab and when i went to get out i BLOODY FELL 18stone hitting concret hurts fucked my arm ect and im very stiff now

Get the lorry running again did the rest of my collections or tho very late (1hour late in total) gets back rushing to get all the parcels sorted ect i then went into the office to ask someone whot was going on IE who was coming in @ whot time to find they had all Fcuked off

I was left all on my own and had to guess whot the fcuk i was to do with my Bugged arm ect
Over an hour i was in the warehouse on my own waiting for a lorry to arrive to load and someone to takeover

Nath i get paid about Ł7500 ayr more then the warehouse boys And as for humping things about i was using the forklift for that

I had to guess whot to do ect as i had'nt been told whot was whot
Luckly i know whot went on whot lorrys so thats all i did left the paper work to everone else

Best bit is i get paid the same as the Night Manager anyway (even the night manager whots to do his HGV now as his pay is shit for whot he has to do

That was my point but did'nt get a reply But tbh im on my own when im out on the road in the lorry and i could crash or whot ever and know one would know untill hours later or day were i was

what im saying is if no one was at that factory when you was
working im sure you was within your right to go home .........

i remember working on my own once in a factory and some guy told
me i wasnt or shouldnt be working on my own incase i had an accident
on there ground
