Do you mean the big one that goes on the end of the beam, with the main mounting bolt passing through it, or one of the ones on the trailing arm?

If it is the beam, I think the technique is to lube it up and then use a trolley jack and the cars weight to pop it in, but I'd guess there must be something wrong for it to pop out in the first palce - they are pretty tight when fitted.

Sorry I can't be more help.

as said use a trolly jack and plenty of grease to refit the main beam bush,it shouldnt have just fallen out, these are usually mega tight fit.

as said lots of lube and also stick a piece of wood between the beam and the chassis so the bush has room to pop into

yep its the big bush on the beam when i was trying to line up the big bolt to the chassis i used a trolley jack to lift the beam up but i think i went a bit too much with the jack and the metal insert in the bush must have leant on the chassis too much and it poped out thanks a lot for the advise chaps ill give it a go tomorrow

lube it up but make sure the inside of the beam where it sits is smooth, you might be best off doing a bit of wet and dry on the insides before greasing it all up

if you jack the bush directing into the beam it shuold line everything up, and if it still doesn't go in with the wieght of teh car ontop of it, getting inside and sitting down sometimes does the trick
