Default is anyone good with hardware on computers? i have a problem!

my computer fan keeps cutting in all the time and it really slows some websites down when it comes on.

also sometimes it stays on all the time

ideas?

it may have dust wedged in middle of the fan and chip,tack the side off and vac it out.

works for me

you will be surprized how much shit gets in ther

Blow the dust out, not hoover!!!!! Your motherboard contains loads of little bits that can easily get sucked up and/or damaged with a hoover!!!!!

Get a small can of compressed air from a hardware shop and just give it a few blasts
