Default spring rates

going for a set of Gaz coilovers on my escort cos, any advise on what spring rates to go for?

mainly for road use

dont they come with 325 fronts and 250 backs

not sure what they come with but thought while i was ordering them i would get some advise so i got it right first time (hopefully)

the standard spring rates are fine mate, i've got 19's and they work a treat i think much better than avos (i've had both)

perfect road suspension mate

i'd say there better than avos, the standard avo spring is far to soft and they tend to rot quickly, threads and adjusters seize up. i use my escort all year round all weathers and the gaz have been great

buy them mate you wont be disappointed

The rears WILL be too hard if they are 250 .

Buy GAZ from Cossymad (best price and he will get you the correct spring rates as recommended by me ), I think they are not suitable for anything other than a show car and would prefer Konis on my own car to any of the budget coil-overs.

i am running 525lb fronts and 350lb rears on a xr4x4, used on road and track
