Anyone else having trouble with Tiscali today?
I'm normally connected at 7.7mbps but now I'm connected at 4.3mbps 
I'd phone them up but I don't want to get put through to India

Tiscali suck, ive been with them 3 years and now i cant even access my account to change from 1mb to Tiscali 8mb and get this! Neither can Tiscali, fuckin useless wankers.

right its defo a prob their end...
I've had the phone line checked by BT and its working perfectly, I connect and I get nowhere near the connection speed I'm paying for (even now its on 4.9mbps when it should be 7.7mbps

Everytime I use the phone it cuts the net off which is really pissing me off and you can hear the modem in the background of the earpiece so I've just connected it to the main box in the house with no other phones or filters connected and its still connecting at 4.9mbps
I've even tried another modem and it still doesn't want to know
I'm not phoning them cos they'll tell me to do exactly what I've spent all evening doing and I can't understand most of them
I'll leave it till the morning, if its not sorted Pipex have just offered me a nice little deal instead
