LOl yeah the surgens gloves was a joke

The cars fine to be run at that boost its running on T3 701's on a 195 superchip live mapped at turbosystems, running low comp mahles, and was rebuilt to stage 1 spec last year. it has just been set up at woodford garage so fueling pressure etc are all fine, its currently at 10psi witch is pretty low for the engine spec its got so im just gonna goto 12psi with it and stop.

Also the shaft is too tight to turn, is their another way of turning it without taking the c clip of cause it looks rusty and prob will break lol. can u unbolt the actuator and pull it out a bit and turn it etc to get the shaft to turn

your supose to take teh c clip out and adjust it that wat anyhow

with just twisting thebar it wil damage teh diaphram inside

what you need to do is

undo 11mm nut

take c clip out

pull actuator off and adjust and re fit reverse order

but when you re fit it you will need some good grips as it will have to be pulle donto the penny wastegate

good luck as they can be a pain half the time
