think u need to contact your ISP or email account holders to have it done. not sure tho i usually just delete all the crap i get

 

fake a SMTP 5.1.1 error message and send it back

 

ps your ISP has to do it...

don't have time to go technical details as to why, and you wouldnt care anyway

 

download mailwasher, it picks up all your mail off the server so you can preview it. Stops spam eventually too.

Dont ever reply to spam!

All it does is prove they have found a live email account.

I had to give up on my email address and start a new one cos i was getting 40 or 50 a day.
Every month or so - i would just delete everything, but I had an automated reply that said something like "fuck you spammer, if i havent given you my new address it means i dont want to hear from you!"

It got worse and worse, till i removed the auto reply.

Now its more like 3 or 4 a day.

 

i never do ... pisses you off for a while though
