the other day my mate took the keys ut of the ignition and the next day he put the key in and it wud not turn so he bought a new ignition barrel but sum one told me that u hav to hav the key on number 1 if u n wat i mean so the steering lock is off but if u cant do this then u need to drill the lock out which i done 4 him tonite but went in nearly 2inch or so... but was not sure if i wud damage any think so i fort i better find out
the steering lock did cum off at one time when i was drilling but when bac on ???dont no wat i did tho
rite can any one help me mate out in wat to do next
any info wud be great

my bro had the same problem we just kept drilling the barrel problem solved

cheers and will it just take the steering lock off and will the iginition lock bit just cum out????

you need to put the key in and turn it to the first possition then there is a small hole on the side of the lock you need to put a small allen key in there and then it will come out

to look at what i mean get the new lock and there will be a wing coming out the side put the key in and turn it and you can then push the little wing down

i no wat bit u mean but the key wud not turn on to level one which is y i drilled it out but stoped as i was not sure if i wud break sum think or sud i keep goin till the steering lock cums off
