Try a CD lens cleaner you can get them loads of places only a few £'s at the most, and will most probably cure it

Exactly the same thing happened to me on mine in my Focus mate. The CD's sometimes jam. Take the unit out and and remove the CD's from the unit, as I remember the trays are all on a spindle and you need to just gently move them up as far as they'll go so you can get the CDs out manually. It is possible to do although the last ones will be tight, but like I say take your time and be gentle. Then make sure that all the CD trays are back down where they started, bolt it back together and put it back in the car. All should then be well.

Not with one of those mate, they're bloody expensive new. There's always E-BAY I suppose but then again you still don't know what you're getting. It's an easy enough fix if you're confident enough to take the top off.

We are talking the multi-disc one aren't we mate?

Oh right, can't help there then, big hammer I reckon!

ps If you are buying another one the multi-disc ones are brilliant! I commute a lot and it's great for that. I've only had that problem with it once and it's never done it again.
