Although they are not done up as tight,as obviously the std will stretch and the ARP's dont...so thinking about it i am confused

Cometic is cheap compared to the 4 lay wrc!
And std. bolts (I've heared) should be good for a lot of horses

I was told to use standard head bolts and a thick cometic gasket by Simon Lester, he said he has no complaints yet.
he also said don't use ARP bolts as they might crack your block

yes 6 only not sure if the other 4 were normal or not

as for the 10 long studs not needed for 400 bhp so harvy told me ages ago ...

i have since replaced the WRC gasket with cometics gasket and i haven't had any problem with those gaskets either

Martins old 600+ millington engine he used 10 wrc long studs
