I had them on my saph and thought they were pretty good.
Not quite as much outright grip as the Yokos they replaced but a more progressive break away.
I'd have them again

what size Yoko's did you replace them with? were they Paradas? i had 215's on my old saff and they were very good, admittedly i have more power now and they were shite in the wet,but i'd like some good grip

suppose any tyres in the wet on a 2wd would not be good.

I borrow some wheels for a few week and had these tyres on the front, They seemed alright to be fair!
But I've recently got Goodyear Hydragrips on the front, and they feel really good.
Definatly my next tyre, or two Toyo Proxes, as I had these on the 17s, and was also impressed.
Toyos seem to offer good value for money, £33 a corner from MyTyres in my size. They grip really well too.
Yet to test the HydraGrips on track, but we'll see what they're like in two weeks.

Had them on my stage 3 2wd, not nice. Used to break traction in 3rd on a hot summers day. Wet would spin up in 4th at 90mph as soon as it came on full boost.
Cheap tyre means you get exactly what you pay for.
I swear by Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres, by far the superior grip on any road condition. Police all over the country run them on their "performance" cars, T5s etc.
Great tyre and they wear pretty well too.
My 2wd would hardly spin in 2nd in the dry (unless you made it of course) and a little in 3rd in the wet.
Made the car feel far faster!!

i've gone for Yoko Paradas all round......on my old saff (about 380bhp 2wd) they would only break traction in the dry in first so hopefully they'll be good for this car too
