I'm having a relaps again

The question is do i get another cossie or not basically, bt its not even that simple.

At the mo i've got an ntegra type-r worh about 8k ish and a mk1 golf resto/track weapon in the process.

Now i'm thinking the teg is quick enough and is a good everyday car and the mk1 is going to be rapid when its done BUT i'm fancying another cossie but cant decide on which 1.

Do i sell the teg and put the the 5k i'm getting early next year towards an escort or do i sell the teg and replace it with a minty mint 3 door and sped the money on other stuff.

Or do i keep the teg and go round a friend of a friends house and wave the 5k under his nose and hope he crumbls and sells me his minty mint mk2 rs2000 cossie

My heads pickled cause i know that the teg will be a better car than a 3 door or escort for what i need it for

2wd saphs are the bet cossies as far as value and practicality in my eyes ie 4 door big boot loads of power but the again i'm hardly a family man am i

teg is probably the best day to day car out of the lot, as far as maintenance and reliability go, but i'd be WELL tempted to get a tre door with white mo's

 

If the MK11 is minty mint as you say it is, buy it for 5k and double your money!

I wouldnt buy it then sell it straight on cause i've been fter this car for about 5 years and when am i going t get the chnce to find anothe 1. Thats why i dont think he'll sell it tbh but you never knowts worth a try all he cn say is no, he has said that when he does finally get sold its 100% coming my way

 

get the Mk 2 if possible and buy a hack for running around in Mark.
If you cant get the mk2 then i would say an escort cossie ,as a 3 door aint practical for every day either .

The rice burner as you put it is FAR FAR better thn all cossie as an everyday car though, the thing is i dont really like escorts yeah there nice but i dont know if there for me, plus i dont rally like 4x4 and everyone i know thats had 1 has gone back to a saph????????????

I think i might get a 3 door for the summer then get a escort the year after so i can say i've tried the whole lot

was thinking the escort may be better as an everyday thing ,3 doors are uncomfortable ,i went to Derby on saturday in mine ,me back was in bits when i got there

 

I haven't!!!!!! still like saphs and would have one like a shot but I hope to never have to sell my escort.

IMO cossies are not the best every day car now they are starting to get very long in the tooth and they are far better cheap every day cars out there mondeo's etc lol
