Building a spit.?
in the process of building a spit just after some pics if anyones got any some ideas please, oh and before anyone says get 2men 1 girl, insert girl in the middle and rattle the backend outta it, i already understand that kinda spit

A Polo club I go to near Windsor has an outdoor one.
Its basically a 3x2m hole in the ground dug out about 0.5m with broken patio slab tiles, cemented in around it. The bottoms full of sand and on either side theres poles in the ground which they use to hold the spit.
Maybe a cruder way of what your looking to do but it works and does the job
I tried looking on google but theres not much on there to help
