I've had 1 for my back a few years ago, noisy things but there not uncomfy or anythng you just lay there proper still and wait for it to finish. Not half as bad as the anal probing they have to do before hand

CT scanner is just like a big hoop rather than the tunnel of the MRI machines. Either the hoop moves or the bed moves to take the scan, not noisy at all, you just have to keep still while it takes the scan
